Every listing submitted to Townsfolk is reviewed to ensure quality and accuracy. Here is what we look for.

What makes a great listing

• ✓Valid, verifiable business address
• ✓Clear, well-lit photos showing the business
• ✓Accurate, helpful description of what visitors will see

Common reasons for rejection

Listings may be rejected for reasons including, but not limited to:

• ✗Not a real or verifiable address
• ✗Photos are blurry or don't show the business
• ✗Duplicate of an existing listing
• ✗Address is not a valid business location
• ✗Inappropriate or offensive content
• ✗Insufficient or irrelevant description

The review process

• 1.You submit your listing — it enters a pending state
• 2.Every submission is reviewed for quality and accuracy
• 3.You'll be notified when your listing is approved or if changes are needed
• 4.You can submit a new listing at any time

If your listing was rejected, check the reason and try again with improvements.
